Broom Street Theater:
Nose to Stage – starts August 14, 2016
Students will explore the four basic elements clowning and physical theater: Action, Risk, Audiences and Relationship. These concepts are explored through theater games that encourage the participants to engage physically and emotionally but not intellectually. As the class progresses, the participants will be presented with the opportunity to apply these concepts to creating a short piece.
Eight week course: Sundays from 7:00pm – 10:00pm. August 14 – October 9 (no class September 4 for Labor Day)
Tuition: $175.00 (non-members) / $125.00 (Broom St. members) Financial assistance is available.
This class is geared for participants age 16 and older.
