DESCRIPTION:Dragonsocks and the Queen of the Universe \nWritten by local playwright Brendon Smith \nDirected by Suzan Kurry (Artistic Director of KR Women’s Theater) \nJosephine is spiteful\, bitter\, sharp-tongued\, and absolutely certain everyone in the nearby town hates her—especially after she decked someone she thought was her sister. With nowhere else to turn\, her adult child\, Reg\, brings Indy\, a prototype robotic caregiver with infinite patience. What follows is a comedy fueled by stubbornness\, sarcasm\, and unexpected heart\, asking whether it’s ever possible to rewrite our programming—human or otherwise. \n\n \n\nPerformances will be October 30 – November 14. Show times are 7:30 PM Thursday – Saturday\, and 2 PM on Sunday and November 14.
